Web Placements · Early access

Your readers already want to buy something.
Your page never says what.

A guide to sharpening a knife has obvious commercial intent and links no knife. We read the page once, write the recommendation a good editor would have written, and place it between two paragraphs. One script tag. No content changes.

Being built now. We are onboarding a small number of sites by hand.

Where this actually stands

This is new. We have no revenue-per-thousand figure to quote you, because we have not run it on enough pages to have an honest one. When we do, it will be on this page with the sample size next to it.

What we will not do is guess. If you have seen a network promise an RPM before it served a single impression on your site, you already know why that matters.

The gap

Traffic fell hardest on the smallest sites.
The intent did not move at all.

−60%

small publishers

Search referral traffic for sites doing 1,000 to 10,000 daily pageviews, in the year to November 2025. Mid-sized fell 47%, large 22%. The smaller you are, the harder it hit.

Reported across publisher analytics, year to Nov 2025

7.3% → 1.6%

clicks at position one

Ahrefs compared 300,000 keywords between December 2023 and December 2025. On queries that show an AI Overview, ranking first is worth a quarter of what it was.

Ahrefs, 300k keyword study

80%+

zero-click

On AI Overview queries, most searches now end without a click to anyone. Overviews appear on around 13% of queries, and those are the high-volume informational ones you built for.

Industry measurement, 2026

None of those numbers are ours. We have no traffic data of our own worth quoting yet. They are here because they describe the hole, and because the page that lost the click still contains the intent.

How it works

Four steps, and you do one of them.

  1. 1

    You paste one script tag

No DNS change, no plugin, no CMS work. It goes in your template once.

  2. 2

    We read each page, once

A model decides whether the page carries buying intent at all. Most do not, and those are left alone.

  3. 3

    We write the recommendation

One to three sentences in your language and register, saying why that product fits that section. Then you approve it.

  4. 4

You get paid on what sells

Links are affiliated at click time. You keep 70% of what they earn.

What a reader sees

A block between two paragraphs. That is all.

…hold the blade at a consistent angle. Twenty degrees is the usual advice for a Western kitchen knife, and consistency matters far more than the exact number.

Work from the heel to the tip in smooth passes, and count them, so both sides get the same treatment…

Illustrative. Written by the same pipeline, on a page we do not publish.

Your site, your rules

Nothing goes live that you have not seen.

Intensity

Off, or at most one, two or three placements per page. Your call, per site.

Categories and brands

Block a category, block a competitor, exclude any path or pattern.

Per-URL review

Read the copy before it goes live. Approve, edit, regenerate or kill it.

One switch off

Turn it off and the page is exactly what it was. We never rewrite your text.

The part you are actually worried about

Your rankings.

Fair. An ad layer that costs you organic traffic is worse than no ad layer. So these are rules, not preferences:

Labelled, always

Every placement is marked as advertising in the page language, and every link carries rel="sponsored nofollow". Bots and readers get identical HTML. No cloaking.

Insertion only

We add a block between paragraphs. We never edit, rewrite or remove a sentence you wrote.

No cookies

Matching uses the page, not the reader. Nothing is profiled, so there is nothing to consent to.

Ranking watch

Connect Search Console and we chart placed pages against untouched ones. If they diverge, you will see it before we do.

Against what you already run

This is a second line, not a swap.

Display networks

Pay per thousand views. When AI Overviews take the clicks, the same page earns less every quarter.

Additive, not competitive. Keep Ezoic or Mediavine running and put this on the same pages.

Skimlinks, Sovrn, SiteStripe

Affiliate the products your text already names. On a page that names none, they earn nothing.

We write the recommendation that was missing, then affiliate it.

Doing it by hand

The right answer, and the reason nobody does it. Five hundred pages is weeks of editorial work.

The model drafts every page. You approve or kill each one, in bulk, from one screen.

Before you say yes

The questions worth asking.

Will this hurt my rankings?

It is the first thing we test and the reason we move slowly. Placements are labelled blocks with rel="sponsored nofollow", the HTML is identical for bots and readers, density is capped, and we never touch your text. Connect Search Console and we chart placed pages against untouched ones, so you see any divergence yourself. If it ever goes the wrong way, one switch turns it off and the page is exactly what it was.

Will my readers hate it?

They might, if it reads like an ad bolted on. That is why you approve the copy. It is one labelled block between paragraphs, at most one per four hundred words, and it has to say why that product fits that section. If it does not read like something you would have written, kill it.

What does it earn?

We do not know yet, and we are not going to invent a number. Ask us again once we have run it on enough pages to answer honestly. What we can tell you today is the mechanics: you keep 75% as a founding publisher, we hold the affiliate accounts so you do not need approvals from each network, and you are paid on confirmed commissions.

Does it slow my site down?

The script is under 4KB, loads without blocking, and reserves the block height so nothing jumps. If our API is slow or down, the page renders exactly as it does today.

Do I have to leave my ad network?

No. This runs on pages display already fills and on pages it cannot. It is a second line, not a replacement.

What if I want out?

Remove the script tag. There is no contract, no notice period, and nothing of ours stays in your content, because we never put anything in your content.

What happens if you write to us

You see it before it exists.

  1. Same dayYou send the domain and roughly what it covers. We say yes or no honestly; some sites have no commercial fit and we will tell you.
  2. Within a few daysWe run the analysis on twenty of your pages and send you the actual placements we would have written, on your actual articles. Nothing is live. Nothing has touched your site.
  3. Only if you like itYou paste one script tag. You approve the pages you want and kill the rest. It goes live at the intensity you choose.
  4. From then onA weekly email with what earned and what did not, and the ranking chart next to it.

Want to be one of the first sites?

Tell us the domain and roughly what it covers. If it is a fit we will run the analysis on a handful of your pages and show you the result before anything goes live.

No contract. Nothing changes on your site until you approve it.
